Experience: Dave is the President and Owner of SBM Insurance, since January 2019. Dave previously served as President and CEO of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce from 2001-2006. Dave has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Personal: Dave is the Board President of the Plunkett Memorial Hospital Nominee Trust and serves as Board Vice Chair for Adams Theater Presents. When Dave is not helping the community, he likes to read biographies, support his Boston & New England sports teams and spend time with his family & friends. He also is a big Bruce Springsteen fan!

Experience: Pat has been with SBM insurance for 40 + years and has not skipped a beat. She is your Personal & Commercial Auto Insurance specialist and helps our customers with registry and claims issues as well.

Personal: In Pat's spare time she enjoys gardening, interior decorating and also spending lots of time with her family and grandchildren. If Pat is not quoting your car insurance, she must be out Hiking on all the great trails we have in the Berkshires or on the beaches of Cape Cod. Pat is a dog lover and loves her dog Zoey, we even have treats at the office. On Sunday's Pat loves to cook for her family!

Experience: Tyler joined SBM Insurance in August of 2020 after spending 4 + years in Sales selling Ads for a local news site.

Personal: Tyler also stays busy with his own DJ business that he has had for 7 + years called DJ Bizz Entertainment Services. He serves as the Vice President of Northern Berkshire United Way. Also on the board of the NBEC. Tyler enjoys spending time with his family & friends, listening to all genres of music especially Bruce Springsteen & The Killers, and being the biggest Las Vegas Raiders football fan in the area!

Education: Mildred Elley

Experience: Kasi joined the SBM Insurance team in September of 2020 and has been a licensed agent since 2021. She has previous experience as a retail management and bid coordination. Kasi manages all the personal property policies as well as umbrella and event policies with experience in personal auto insurance as well.

Personal: When Kasi is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting their daughter, live concerts, crafting and spending time outdoors fishing, hiking and kayaking. She is a Berkshires native.

Education: Berkshire Community College

Experience: Janet joined SBM in October 2023. After years working for large corporations, working for a local business with strong ties to the community was refreshing! Personal customer service is important to Janet. She is happy to be able to work with local businesses’ s and families to help them protect what they value and work hard for.

Personal: Janet enjoys summer days on the lake and nights by the fire. A former wedding and event planner Janet still helps friends and family with their special events, making people happy and lasting memories is one of her favorite things to do! Floral design and painting keep her busy on the cold and cloudy days.

Education: Masters from Grand Canyon University 2021 B.A. from Mass College of Liberal Arts 2004

Experience: Kelly Joined SBM Insurance in February of 2025. Her Previous experience includes 7 years in the education system and over 18 years in banking.

Personal: When Kelly is not spending time at home with family she is at the gym or out running. She Runs 5ks with her nephew. Her Favorite time of year is summer so she can be outside in the sun by the pool. She Also enjoys listening to music and eating good food.
